This is a summary of the ILHP course requirements. Students complete both the degree requirements of their major and the special requirements of the ILHP. These requirements consist of a combination of existing and new courses, a Leadership Development Workshop series, and special enrichment activities.

Elements and principles of creativity, critical thinking, innovation, entrepreneurship, intellectual property,
business and financial plans, and marketing. Students develop and present to potential sponsors a proposal for
a venture funded team project. Entrepreneur/Industry mentors provided for each student team. |

Student teams execute their venture funded team projects, with oral and written reports of their results. |
