Welcome to the Innovation Leadership Honors Program (ILHP) within the College of Engineering and Computer Science (CoE&CS) at Florida Atlantic University.

This exciting new program will be launched in Fall 2008, and is the result of a very strong partnership between the CoE&CS and its Executive Advisory Council. The Council is comprised of approximately 25 top level engineering and business executives from companies throughout South Florida. The objective of this partnership is to assure that our graduates are not only better prepared for the workplace of tomorrow, but more importantly, that they are ready to lead and succeed in industry.

This unique honors program is placing FAU at the forefront of engineering education, as very few schools offer a comprehensive, coordinated program incorporating leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship within the engineering and computer science curriculum.
